A fee will be charged for cancellations within 3 days of a tour. ($30/person for half day tours and $50/person for full day tours).
Day of Tour cancellation or no shows will get charged full price. ($75/person for half day tours and $140/person for full day tours).
No fees will be charged for tour canceled ahead of time due to wind or weather.
No refunds for tours that need to be shortened due to changing weather.
Please note that light rain, fog or cool weather does not cancel a tour. Customers find paddling in the rain more pleasurable then they thought; since they are well protected from the elements by the kayak, lifejacket, spray skirt, rain jacket and hat.
